Taiwan’s SYSCOM Launches IT Monitoring Platform “NExpert” in Japan Partnership with Tokyo System House Begins on June 17
Taiwan-based IT solutions provider SYSCOM has partnered with Tokyo System House Co., Ltd. (located in Shinagawa, Tokyo) to launch its integrated IT monitoring platform, “NExpert,” in Japan starting June 17, 2025.
Developed by SYSCOM, NExpert is a centralized monitoring tool that can manage various IT devices such as routers, servers, and multifunction printers, regardless of the manufacturer. It helps visualize IT environments more efficiently, reduces the burden of monitoring tasks, and strengthens security measures.
The platform has already been widely adopted in Taiwan by financial institutions, government agencies, and IT companies. It has won the Taiwan Excellence Award four times, showcasing its reliability and high performance.
