Korean Logistics DX Company Colosseum Establishes Japan Subsidiary, Enters E-commerce Logistics Market
Colosseum Corporation, a logistics technology company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea (CEO: Park Jin-soo), announced that it established a Japanese subsidiary in Tokyo on December 1, 2025, marking its official entry into Japan’s e-commerce logistics market. Founded in 2019, the company has built a global logistics network connecting more than 53 fulfillment centers worldwide.
In Japan, Colosseum will deploy its AI logistics SaaS platform “Colo AI,” which integrates OMS (Order Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), and WMS (Warehouse Management System). The platform helps optimize picking routes, packing methods, and order processing, and can integrate with major Japanese e-commerce platforms such as Qoo10 Japan and Rakuten.
The company plans to expand its fulfillment network through partnerships with existing logistics providers, initially focusing on cross-border e-commerce brands and D2C companies. It also aims to strengthen logistics connections between Korea and Japan and provide integrated fulfillment services covering inventory management, order processing, and delivery.
